Downtown Building Balcony

We call it The Enman's Building, because it housed Enman's Furriers for years and we're good friends with one of Enman family. We've been involved with this building for a long time. (See our Building Code Analysis.)
The new owners wish to add a balcony overlooking Wall Street, similar to the one just a couple buildings to the west.
This is a wonderful historic building. To complement its front facade character, Jane added the Art Deco decorations to the new railing.
