Subtle, Yet Effective, Improvements

Sometimes it just takes a few small improvements to transform a house.

The upper and lower level porches were redesigned with more robust shingled posts and railings. The gazebo was also redesigned to more closely match the house. The stairs up to the rear deck and the railings were redone, a major improvement over the painted 2x4s that were there originally.

Finally, a canopy with brackets was added over the door into the basement.

Simple improvements, yet they make all the difference.
